Exotic Deposits on Prometheus
Turn on Exotic Deposits to find possible exotic deposit locations across Prometheus. The map has 207 exotic pins for a quick scan — open one for type or extractor details. If the map feels crowded, turn other filters off.
These pins mark deposit and harvest sites on Prometheus. The region also has Stabilized Exotics (red exotics): some markers are organic growths you harvest, cleanse with water, then ship — a different path from drilled deposits. About the Prometheus Map
Prometheus is the map introduced with the Icarus: New Frontiers expansion. It is a later prospecting region with grassland, forest, swamp, volcanic and arctic biomes, plus story operations that leave the safer early maps behind.
Prometheus includes multiple distinct regions and areas, including the Null Sector — a late-game zone with scarce resources and hazardous ground such as the Ashlands and Ice Sheet. In-game that sector is largely unmapped, so mission pins and trail-beacon routes matter as much as the region map itself. On this interactive map, Ashlands entrances sit around O6–O7; Ice Sheet access is near J11; the Null Sector mission is around E12 — turn on Missions and open Ashlands, Ice Sheet, or Null Sector to jump straight to those spots.
